Don't Leave Organising Your Compliant Fence too late . We are starting to receive a lot of enquiries and it's going to be a Busy few Months ahead .... and here's why ....
The QBCC, have taken over the role of the pool safety council, and they have said how they plan to handle the cut off date of 30th Nov for pool compliance.
They have said, they have no intention of extending the compliance date beyond Nov 30, 2015.
When asked about the penalties , was told the following will be applied for non compliance by the due date.

Max fine for residential pool owners issued by either local council or QBCC is $ 18,785.25

On the spot fine issued by either $ 1821.60

Max fine for corporation $ 93,926.25

On the spot fine for corporation $ 5464.80
